So you’re building a New Home!  We are excited to be a part of the selection process!

Our professional, experienced staff is here to guide you through the entire selection process for the products your builder specifies.

Here’s what you can expect during the process:

1. New Construction Appointments are Required, so please make an appointment so we can give you our undivided attention.  651-631-8272

2. Appointments available during regular business hours and weekday evening appointments may be available with advance notice.

3. Appointment length can be anywhere from one hour up to 4 hours or even several appointments. When you set up your appointment we can estimate the amount of time it might take.

4. Although we typically get your blueprint/ specs ahead of time from the builder, please bring yours just in case.

5. It might also be a good idea to bring any color swatches, furniture pillows, etc.

6. During the appointment we guide you through the entire selection process making it painless and fun! Typical product selections may include carpet, vinyl, laminate, wood, tile and countertops among others.
